BLOOTER
To many individuals in our country fit this definition. Without knowing the facts about a subject, many want to offer an opinion without the facts to back it up, and just ramble on about anything without any knowledge on the subject. Politicians and celeberties make up a good portion of the “blooter” population. Don’t be a blooter.
