COSPORT

Jet Set Sports, along with its sister company CoSport, and the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) have formed a new partnership to develop exclusive hospitality packages for the 2010 Winter Games.

Jet Set Sports along with its affiliate company CoSport today become Official Supporters of the 2010 Winter Games and will begin working with VANOC to develop and supply official hospitality packages that will provide spectators with “one stop” to book exclusive packages for the 2010 Winter Games. The hospitality packages will be made available in Canada and in countries where Jet Set Sports has acquired ticket selling rights. Packages will be developed and available for booking towards the end of 2008.

Fresh in our inbox from your favorite Olympic ticket vendor, CoSport, is a note that remaining tickets from the (meager) U.S. allotment will be made available online starting next Thursday (Feb. 5). This is the promised second round for those who made ticket requests in the first round and registered on CoSport's Web site.

You will note a couple things right off the bat:

1) There's no indication of how many tickets remain. Could be 10,000. Could be 10.

2) There's no actual start time for the sale. Just go online at 7 a.m. PT on Feb. 5 and await further directions. They will get to it at some point.

Good luck.

Keep this high level of customer service in mind the next time you get a donations solicitation in the mail from the U.S. Olympic Committee, which hires CoSport to handle ticketing on its behalf. And if you have a problem with the U.S. ticketing process, or have questions or comments about the arrangement for the exclusive U.S. ticketing agency, we suggest directing them to:

Larry Probst, Chairman, Board of Directors
United States Olympic Committee
One Olympic Plaza
Colorado Springs, CO 80909-5760
Tel: (719) 632-5551

Also, here is a fill-in-the-blank comment form from the USOC's Web site.

Here's the CoSport e-mail (emphasis mine):

------
You are receiving this email because you participated in the CoSport - Phase
1 Ticket Lottery Phase for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and you are therefore eligible to participate in the forthcoming Phase 2 - Ticket Pre-Sale. This special pre-sale will commence on February 5th 2009 and conclude when all tickets are sold out or February 10th 2009, 10am US EST, whichever is first. Individual Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first serve basis, from a 'live, real-time' inventory.

CoSport will also commence the sale of Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages on February 5th 2009. Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages include a pre-selected 'primary' event ticket, a secondary sporting event ticket selectable by the customer, a Vancouver Victory Ceremony ticket selectable by the customer and a Hospitality Pass selectable by the customer. These Hospitality Passes provide customers access to CoSport's Hospitality Center located in downtown Vancouver, not available to Individual Ticket purchasers.

Customers will also have the option of adding accommodations to their Tickets and Hospitality Pass Package if required. Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages will also be available for purchase on a first-come, first serve basis from a 'live, real-time'' inventory. All tickets contained within the Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages are obtained through CoSport's sister company, Jet Set Sport's own Olympic sponsor allocation and will include predominately category A tickets.

Please note the following important points:

. CoSport will not announce the exact time the pre-sale will
commence, however, the pre-sale will NOT commence before 10am US EST on February 5th 2009.

. All ticket sales will be conducted directly at www.cosport.com.
We are not able to take ticket orders via phone, fax or email.

. CoSport cannot announce ahead of the pre-sale commencement what
events tickets or how many will be available.

. CoSport can announce however, that Individual Tickets for the
following events will definitely NOT be available

o Opening Ceremony (All Categories)

o Closing Ceremony (All Categories)

o All Figure Skating Sessions (All Categories)

o Men's Gold Medal Hockey (All Categories)

o Men's Semi Final Hockey (All Categories)

. In order to access the pre-sales area of the CoSport website on
February 5th, you must first login to your CoSport Account with your email address and password.

. Prior to the commencement of the pre-sale period, you will NOT
have access to the Individual Tickets or Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages section.

. It is not possible to combine Individual Tickets with Tickets and
Hospitality Pass Packages in the same order.

On Tuesday, February 3rd, CoSport will post the "Need to Know" and "Terms and Conditions", on our website for Phase 2 - Individual Tickets, as well as the Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages. We recommend that you review these documents before the commencement of the pre-sales phase, in order to save time once the website goes live on February 5th. You will be able to access these documents by logging into your account and selecting the "Terms and Conditions" option on the left side menu.
